Amylase Diagnostic Kit

Amylase Diagnostic Kit intended for quantitative determination of α-Amylase activity in serum, plasma, and urine using enzymatic colorimetric CNPG3 method on biochemistry analyzers, photometers, and spectrophotometers. The assay is based on hydrolysis of CNPG3 substrate by α-Amylase with release of 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol (CNP), measured spectrophotometrically at 415 nm. The kit is useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of acute pancreatitis, pancreatic disorders, and salivary gland diseases.
