Calcium Diagnostic Kit

Calcium Diagnostic Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of calcium concentration in serum, plasma, and urine using photometric methods on clinical chemistry analyzers, photometers, and spectrophotometers. The method is based on the Arsenazo III reaction in which calcium ions form a purple-colored complex in a neutral medium. The absorbance intensity measured at 660 nm is directly proportional to calcium concentration in the sample.
