Copper Diagnostic Kit

Copper Diagnostic Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of copper concentration in human serum or plasma using photometric methods on clinical chemistry analyzers and spectrophotometers. The assay is based on the 3,5-diBr-PAESA colorimetric method, where copper is released from ceruloplasmin in an acidic buffer (pH 4.7) and forms a stable colored complex. The intensity of the color formed is directly proportional to copper concentration in the sample.
