Creatinine Diagnostic Kit

A colorimetric diagnostic reagent system for quantitative determination of creatinine in human serum, plasma, and urine using biochemistry analyzers, photometers, and spectrophotometers. The assay is based on the Jaffe reaction, where creatinine reacts with alkaline picrate to form a colored creatinine-picrate complex measured photometrically, with absorbance proportional to creatinine concentration.
