HDL Cholesterol Diagnostic Kit

A selective detergent-based diagnostic reagent system for the quantitative determination of HDL-Cholesterol (HDL-C) concentration in human serum and plasma using biochemistry analyzers, photometers, and spectrophotometers. The method is based on a two-step enzymatic reaction with selective precipitation and chromogenic detection at 600/700 nm, where absorbance is proportional to HDL-C concentration.
