LDH Diagnostic Kit

Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Diagnostic Kit intended for quantitative determination of LDH activity in serum or plasma using DGKC-standard kinetic UV method on biochemistry analyzers, photometers, and spectrophotometers. The assay is based on the conversion of pyruvate to lactate with simultaneous oxidation of NADH to NAD⁺, monitored by decrease in absorbance at 340 nm.
