Total Bilirubin Diagnostic Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of total bilirubin in serum or plasma using photometric and biochemistry analyzers. The method is based on the diazo reaction (DPD method), where bilirubin reacts with diazotized reagent to form azobilirubin, and the resulting color intensity measured at 546 nm is proportional to the total bilirubin concentration.Total bilirubin is an important indicator of liver function and hemolysis, including conditions such as jaundice, hepatitis, and biliary obstruction.
