Triglycerides (TG) Diagnostic Kit

An enzymatic colorimetric (GPO-POD) diagnostic reagent system for quantitative determination of triglycerides in human serum and plasma using photometric, biochemistry analyzers, and spectrophotometers. The method is based on lipoprotein lipase hydrolysis of triglycerides followed by enzymatic oxidation and chromogenic reaction to produce a measurable quinoneimine dye, with absorbance proportional to triglyceride concentration.
