Uric Acid Diagnostic Kit

An enzymatic colorimetric (Uricase–POD) diagnostic reagent system for quantitative determination of uric acid in human serum, heparin plasma, and urine using photometric, biochemistry analyzers, and spectrophotometers. The method is based on uricase-mediated oxidation of uric acid followed by chromogenic reaction (TOOS/4-AAP system) producing a measurable blue-violet dye, with absorbance proportional to uric acid concentration.
